Shirley J. Keagle, 95, of Union, died Friday, Feb. 24, 2023, at her residence. A celebration of her life will be held March 25 at 2 p.m. at the Cove Baptist Church. Casual dress is preferred by the family. An obituary will be published at a later time. Arrangements are under the direction of Loveland Funeral Chapel & Crematory, La Grande.
