La Grande – OTEC crews are responding to multiple outages in the La Grande area this morning due to winter weather conditions; which include heavy, wet snow on lines and broken tree limbs on lines.
As of 7:40 a.m., there are around 280 members without power, down from 1,300 earlier this morning.
