Meridian – Idaho State Police is investigating a three-vehicle crash that occurred on Wednesday, November 16, 2022, at 6:33 p.m., on westbound I84 near mile marker 45, in Ada County.
A 74-year-old male from Nampa was driving westbound in a Peterbilt semi-truck and struck the rear of a van, driven by a 60-year-old male from Boise. The Peterbilt semi-truck then drove into the median where it struck a stationary Peterbilt semi-truck hauling potatoes, driven by a 30-year-old male from Caldwell.
Two westbound lanes and one eastbound lane are currently blocked while responders work on removing the vehicles involved.
The incident remains under investigation by Idaho State Police.
