Union County – According to the National Weather Service a wind advisory has been issued for the Grande Ronde Valley affecting the cities of Cove, Elgin, and La Grande.
The Advisory will be in place starting 12:00 p.m. Thursday, November 24 until 6:00 a.m. Friday, November 25.
South winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected. Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
